Glyn Mummery is an experienced insolvency practitioner who qualified in 1989. After four years' corporate insolvency experience with a 'Big 4' firm, Glyn joined Redhead French (now Vantis) in 1994.

He has undertaken various trading receiverships and administrations, and has gained extensive experience in the manufacturing, computer & IT and airline industry sectors. Some of Glyn's recent high profile cases include Inside Track, Hot Spring, Anglo Overseas and Robin Ellis Construction.

Howard Roberts is a Solicitor with Darbys LLP in Oxford. He has over 15 years of commercial experience, both in the UK and the Cayman Islands. Howard has advised a wide range of institutional, corporate and individual clients on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and corporate recovery matters.

His clients have included numerous firms of insolvency practitioners, asset-based lenders, banks, company directors and individuals. Howard regularly lectures and publishes articles.

Louise Dunford has been continuously involved in training and consultancy, both for professional firms and for commercial organisations since 1987. Professional clients include Kingston Smith, BKR Haines Watts, BDO Stoy Hayward, Chantrey Vellacott DFK, Blick Rothenberg, the ACCA, the British Postgraduate Medical Federation, the Swedish Ministry of Justice, the Royal Aircraft Establishment and a number of NHS hospitals.

Louise's commercial clients have included Schlumberger, Sema, Atos Origin, Warner Brothers, Turner Broadcasting, HCA International, Costain, May Gurney, Scott Bader, Seiko, Pret a Manger, IPC Media, and Philip Morris, as well as many smaller firms. Louise specialises mainly in aspects of practical employment law, company law and on professional negligence, and has published widely in leading academic and professional journals.

Dr Stephen Hill is the Managing Director of Snowdrop Consulting Ltd, a company  with the aim of providing education and consultancy to the private and public sector in fraud awareness (Cybercrime), identity theft, IT Security including ISO27001 and risk management.

Stephen is a Director and Trustee of the ICAEW Fraud Advisory Panel, and chairs the Cybercrime Working Group with colleagues from SOCA, the Home Office and the private sector. He is an associate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, a member of the North East and Eastern Fraud Forum, and a member of the steering committee of the London Fraud Forum. Stephen is also an associate of the Institute of IT Trainers and is qualified as a TAP training consultant.

Toni Trevett is a Director of CompleteHR Ltd, an HR consultant, coach and trainer specialising in management development, personal development, HR / people management skills as well as employment law.  

She has experience of working with a variety of large and small organisations and has considerable experience of work in both the public and private sector.  Clients include Network Rail, British American Tobacco, Schlumberger, Shell, The Telegraph, Dairy Crest, the BodyShop, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, ACCA and many more.  Many of these book her year after year and give outstanding commendations.

She was formerly a Human Resources Director within the BAA plc group. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member with 15+ years standing of the Employment Tribunal judiciary hearing cases in London and the South East.  

In addition to her training work she conducts investigations and hearings for clients on disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, harassment and bullying issues and is a qualified workplace mediator.
